The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (2 double and one single), a large living room, a large kitchen with dining table and 2 bathrooms.
A part of the surrounding garden is for exclusive use: here there is a dining table, a two-seater swing and a parking space.
In the anteroom and in the guest bedroom, furnished with a queen-size sofa bed and a two-door wardrobe, you can still appreciate the finely decorated original floors. The precious inlaid wooden doors are handcrafted finished in lead and hand-crafted glass.
In the main living room, on one side there is an imposing technical desk, while on the other there is the relaxation area, consisting of two armchairs, a single sofa bed and a magnificent 3-seater sofa arranged in a semicircle in front of the screen TV 32 "platter complete with DVD player.

The private garden surrounds part of the property and up to 3 cars can be parked inside. The apartment is located near the historic center, which can easily be reached on foot, and is located in a safe, quiet and elegant area; just outside the restricted traffic zone.
