A part of the surrounding garden is for exclusive use: here there is a dining table, a two-seater swing and a parking space.
In the anteroom and in the guest bedroom, furnished with a queen-size sofa bed and a two-door wardrobe, you can still appreciate the finely decorated original floors. The precious inlaid wooden doors are handcrafted finished in lead and hand-crafted glass.
In the main living room, on one side there is an imposing technical desk, while on the other there is the relaxation area, consisting of two armchairs, a single sofa bed and a magnificent 3-seater sofa arranged in a semicircle in front of the screen TV 32 "platter complete with DVD player.
