The apartment is very comfortable with its Scandinavian style and open kitchen.
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with 4 induction burners, electric oven, fridge and dishwasher. Under the window there is a queen-size sofa bed while in the center of the room there is a table for 6 people.
Entering the sleeping area, you will find a bathroom on the left with a small balcony and equipped with sink, bidet and toilet.
After the bathroom on the left there is the first bedroom with a double bed with and a bridge wardrobe,
Following the corridor to the right is the main bathroom, with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet and toilet; then you enter the master bedroom: here we have a double bed placed on the opposite side of a large wardrobe with 4 doors.
The apartment has air conditioning and independent heating system.

On the ground floor of the building there is a little court where you can park bicycles.
