This slightly Scandinavian-style apartment is on the top floor of a 1930s building in a quiet street close to via S. Stefano.
Bright and well ventilated, the apartment overlooks all 4 sides, in fact, it also enjoys a tranquility that has few equals in the center of Bologna. The living room and bedroom overlook the Orti di Orfeo, a small green oasis in the heart of Bologna.
The apartment opens onto a small corridor which divides the house in half. On the right you enter the living room, the bedroom, the kitchen and the main bathroom. On the left instead you enter the master bedroom which has its own bathroom, walk-in closet and a bright veranda. Apart from the bathrooms which have ceramic floors, the entire apartment is covered with solid oak parquet, an essence that we find in various elements of the house.
In the living room there is a 3-seater sofa bed that opens like a book to become a queen-size bed. The living room is dominated by the large bookcase in wood and steel, created ad hoc on a project by a Paduan designer. Also by the same designer the project of the 6-seater table that opens on the long side to comfortably accommodate 8 people.
Finally, the living room is completed by a 32" Samsung Smart TV and an ancient Indian trunk.
The kitchen, with light tones, takes up the essence of oak and alternates it with white lacquered elements, like the quartz top is also white. The kitchen consists of 5 gas burners, an under-counter sink, built-in refrigerator, oven and dishwasher.
The bedroom consists of 2 single beds and a chest of drawers: one measures 200x80cm and the other 185x80cm.
The main bathroom consists of a sink resting on a wooden top, a large shower, toilet and bidet.
The master bedroom, on the other hand, has a 160x190cm wooden double bed, a 3-door wardrobe and a comfortable walk-in closet.
The second bathroom consists of a glazed wooden top under which the washing machine is located and an under-top sink, toilet, bidet and a small shower, mainly suitable for children
