Two-room apartment in a old style house overlooking the Naviglio Pavese, a few steps from the Darsena.
Classic on the outside, underground on the inside: from the outside it looks like a classic 19th-century building, located on the 4th floor which can be reached by lift.
Inside it is a symphony of colorful wallpapers and vintage pieces. The apartment reminds a recording studio but with all the comforts of a modern apartment.
The entrance opens onto the kitchen, complete with sink with drainer, dishwasher, 4 gas hobs and fridge. There is also a round table for 4 4 people.
Continuing along the corridor, you reach the bathroom on the left, characterized by bright colors and rounded shapes.
Then you come across the stairs which lead to the sleeping area on a mezzanine overlooking the living room.
The living room enjoys a beautiful view of the Naviglio Pavese. There are a bookcase with a large collection of CDs , a TV corner, 2 sofas facing each other: a corner sofa bed and a leather sofa.

The apartment directly overlooks the Naviglio Pavese: once the city's navigation artery, today the beating heart of Milanese nightlife. Going up the canal you reach the Darsena, once the docks of Milan. Here the water enters from the Naviglio Grande and exits from the Naviglio Pavese. Leaving the dock on your left you reach Piazza 24 Maggio, which surrounds the ancient Porta Ticinese: one of the access gates to the Spanish walls of the city. Through the Gate you enter the actual historic center of the city: nearby there is the Basilica of Sant'Eustorgio, the columns of S. Lorenzo and the park of Piazza Vetra.

Furthermore, Piazza 24 Maggio is very well connected by public transport.
